Evaluation is always necessary as it gives a boost to either perform better or it makes us sit back and analyze our progress since we last had a look at it. Yearly appraisal is the best time to set goals and get motivated to decide whether to head straight and be satisfied with whatever you have got or get on a ride and acheive what you dreamt about.
