Let go...

From childhood, we are taught to respect other people, not to bad mouth others ever. These lessons are usually learnt by the girls only. And at every stage the emotional drama continues, the girl remembers what she has been taught throughout her life. She stays mum. And a lava fills inside her, boiling each time. And one day it becomes unbearable and she blasts at every person around her. Instead of feeling relieved of letting off her emotions, she feels guilty. Why???? She feels she has let down her parents, their lessons taught, their principles. This repeats over a couple of times, and then she understands that its better to let out when it happens, than let it build each time and let out all at one go. Slowly, things turned better as there was no building up, and the emotions were let out making the other person understand how she felt.

Life is short. Let out and let go.
